Solar Power, Hot Sauce, and Yoga!

I was pleasantly surprised to read that solar panels, hot sauce, and yoga studios are 3 of the fastest growing industries in America.  Aside from loving both yoga and hot sauce, I think solar panels are a fantastic industry for investments.  

The other reason is they show that Americans are more willing to try new things.  Maybe some stereotypes are being forgotten, maybe we just want to try things from other cultures, but I think this news shows that at least in some ways, we are moving in the right direction.
